During my recent Christmas getaway, I found myself at Shams Suites Furnished Units in Al Madinah, a property that proved a bit elusive to locate, which can pose a challenge for travelers. Despite the hurdle of the language barrier with staff that do not speak English, I appreciated the suite's amenities. Each unit features a comfortable flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom adorned with a bidet-a thoughtful touch for added luxury. I would be remiss not to mention that my stay with friends would have been significantly enhanced had we been provided with proper bedding arrangements instead of just a single mattress. The rates seemed higher given the lack of nearby dining options, making grocery shopping a logistical necessity during our stay. For those seeking a more vibrant experience, particularly with family or friends, I suggest staying closer to the city center where the charm of local restaurants and shops comes alive.
